CORONAVIRUS SERVICE UPDATE 24th MAY 2020
We can confirm that, following yesterday’s announcement, we are making plans to re-open the practice on the 8th June subject to the delivery of essential items of equipment and PPE which are currently on order but delayed.
Please be aware we will not be open for routine appointments yet. There will be restrictions on the number of patients we can see safely and we will not be running at full capacity for some time to come.
Please do not contact us to make routine appointments just yet. We have a large waiting list of patients with dental emergencies which we will prioritise first followed by those patients whose treatment was postponed due to the shutdown.
We will do everything we can to adapt quickly to the new infection prevention requirements and will be contacting everyone who has missed or is due for a routine appointment as soon as possible.
If you have a dental emergency or need any advice on your dental health please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the most prompt response. Please try and avoid telephoning unless unavoidable and do not come to the practice unless you have an appointment.
Thank you for your understanding, we are working as hard as we can to keep you and our staff safe as we move forward.
