Meet Our Expert Hygienist

We are delighted to welcome Haydn Stockley to our team! Haydn is a passionate dental hygienist who graduated with a First-Class Honours in BSc Dental Hygiene, from the University of Portsmouth in 2023.

Haydn is joining our dental practice in Christchurch to solely focus on our patients oral hygiene and preventive care. Teeth hygienists specialise in maintaining and improving patients’ oral health through cleaning, scaling, polishing, and educating patients on proper oral care practices.

Haydn has a passion for managing periodontal problems to help patients achieve and maintain healthier gums, preventing tooth loss through minimally invasive non-surgical periodontal therapies. Alongside this, he continuously integrates the latest research and best practices into his clinical work, including the 2017 BSP Periodontal Classification and the new Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Treatment of Periodontal Diseases released in 2021.

Since qualifying, Haydn has also began to tutor other students, sharing knowledge for advancing periodontal care.
